Can my robot be controlled with multiple mobile phones or other devices?
Yes. In order to control your robot on multiple devices you will need to log in to the SharkClean™ app on each device using the same password and username.
Can other connected products interfere with my connection?
Many consumer devices use a 2.4 GHz frequency, and they can interfere with the Wi-Fi signal from your robot. Turn off those devices if you encounter connection issues. Here are some products that may use this frequency: Baby monitors ,Remote control toys, Wireless video and audio equipment, Microwave ovens, Wireless keyboard and computer mice, A neighbor’s Wi-Fi Access Point can also be a source of interference. A Wi-Fi analyzer app can identify interference. If Wi-Fi interference is identified, change the Wi-Fi channel. NOTE: To change the channel of a Wi-Fi Access Point, please refer to the Wi-Fi Access Point user manual.

How do I download and install the app?
For Apple: Tap on the App Store icon. Search the Apple App Store for "SharkClean", Tap on the SharkClean™ app. Tap Install on the next page. Installation should begin. For Android: Tap on the Play Store icon in the Play Store. Search for "SharkClean." Tap on the SharkClean™ app. Tap install on the Shark app page. Installation should begin.
How do Shark® connected robots receive secure software updates?
When a connected robot connects to our secure cloud platform, it is notified of an available update and to download the software update. For mobile app update, you will receive a notification on your mobile device via the iOS or Android Store requesting that you update the SharkClean™ mobile app. If you have your SharkClean™ mobile app set up to automatically install updates, then the app will update automatically. The connection is authenticated to ensure that only a Shark® robot can connect to the secure cloud. Each connection and download are cryptographically signed to assure it is an official SharkNinja update.
How does Shark® secure its products?
