How do I store my steam mop?

Empty all water from the unit before storing. Remove the Dirt Grip™ pad if it has been used. Clean the pad after every use. Never store the mop with a dirty pad. It is not necessary to remove the Genius™ Mop Head during storage.

Which accessories can be stored on board the Spray Pocket® Mop?

If your unit comes with the Spray Pocket® Mop, the spray bottle can be stored on the mop handle so your cleaning solution is always ready to use.

The filling flask can be stored onboard the steam mop for quick access.

How often should I wash the Dirt Grip™ pads?

For optimal performance, wash Dirt Grip™ pads after every use and begin each cleaning with a freshly laundered pad. Machine-wash Dirt Grip™ pads separately with warm water, using liquid detergent. Never use bleach, powdered detergent, or fabric softeners, as they may damage or leave a coating on the pads. Dirt Grip™ pads should be line-dried or tumble-dried on a low setting.
